Who can submit?
Undergraduate students from Sri Lankan Universities and Major Education Institutions in Humanities and Social Sciences.
Submission Limits:
- Maximum two (02) abstracts per author as the primary author.
- An individual may be listed as a co-author on a maximum of two papers.
The primary author should submit the abstracts and will be the presenting author.

Submission Process
- Please download the Official Abstract Template provided on the website. (You must write your abstract directly within the template without editing).
- Submit two Word files:
- With author details.
- Without author details.
- Deadline: April 30, 2026
- Penalty: Incorrectly formatted abstracts may be rejected.

Submission Process
- Please download the Official Extended Abstract Template provided on the website.
- Deadline: April 30, 2026
- Penalty: Incorrectly formatted abstracts may be rejected.

Authors may submit the Student Declaration Form through the website. A duly completed and signed scanned copy of the form must be submitted along with the abstract.
The declaration form must be certified by a permanent academic staff member of the respective department.

co_present Guidelines For Presenter
1. Presentation Guidelines
- Detailed instructions for preparing your PowerPoint (PPT) presentation are provided in the attached Word document.
- A PPT template is also attached. Please ensure that you use this template for your presentation.
- You can add more slides if necessary. However, please be aware of the time management during your presentation.
2. Submission Requirements
- Submit your completed PPT in PDF format only. Upload via the Upload Presentation tab.
- Submission deadline: 13th October 2026.
- File naming: RASAS_(Abstract ID)_(Presenter’s Last Name)
3. Conference Programme
The conference programme is available on the official website. All presenters are required to attend the Inauguration Ceremony.
4. Registration Details
- Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on the conference day.
- Please collect your conference pack and meal tokens at the registration table.
- The registration desk will close at 8:30 a.m.
